With reference to your Despatch No. 226 of the 7th.

September, 1916, I have the honour to inform you that I have issued instructions for the release of the cases consigned to the Cooper

Company of Manila ex the S. S. "Agapenor". The case shipped by the

S. S. "Protesilaus" was not detained as the Comper Company were not

shown as the consigness.
